Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Culinary Supervisors who are passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences. Our Signature Dining program focuses on scratch cooking and innovative culinary creations that distinguish us in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure timely meal service for residents.
- Direct the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring adherence to recipes, food safety standards, and dietary restrictions.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance of culinary and utility staff, stepping in for the head chef as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, storage spaces, and loading docks.

Qualifications:

- Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold storage.
- Willingness to work some weekends and holidays.
