About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including fryers, HVAC units, and lighting systems.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Assist with grounds maintenance and upkeep of the exterior of the restaurant.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
