Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI Inc. As a Part-time Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions and processing returns.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods.
