Pines Healthcare & Rehabilitation Facilities is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced LPN who can provide high-quality patient care with empathy and compassion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to address concerns, answer questions, and provide education.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York State.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and patients.
- A competitive salary of $27.60 per hour, plus a shift differential of $1.50 for evening shifts.
- An excellent benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 10 days paid vacation after one year of service.
