Duties and Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Care Implementation and Supervision: Implement, direct, and evaluate nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Education and Counseling: Teach, supervise, and counsel patients, geriatric aides, and family members on nursing care best practices.
- Nursing Consultation: Provide nursing expertise to other staff members and collaborate with Medical Physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
- Language Preference: Cantonese-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse License
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- CPR Certificate
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
