**Business Process Analyst LEAP**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at Genpact. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in streamlining operations and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with supply chain and engineering teams to identify and address key challenges in operations.
  • Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gain a deep understanding of current operational landscape and business model.
  • Conduct process deep dives to understand technology landscape, key metrics, data flow, tools, and pain points.
  • Coordinate with different teams to drive solutions for key customer issues.
  • Design detailed solutions and recommend next steps for implementation and change management.
  • Identify new opportunities, respond to customer requests, interpret customer requirements, and execute contracted services.
  • Propose recommendations for prioritized opportunities and identify quick wins.
  • Support the business on simplification and transformation projects.
  • Support the business in new process set-up and system implementations.
  • Support cross-functional teams for data anomaly issues.
  • Establish metric support and reporting using digital tools, dashboards, and communication resources.
  • Manage weekly and monthly status reports of KPIs.
  • Provide weekly summaries of project progress, facts, and observations.
  • Drive customer interaction and work independently.
  • Successfully manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support process mapping and design across functions and key users.
  • Understand and evaluate business processes to translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Promote a Lean mindset to improve operational effectiveness and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive business process change by influencing cross-functional departments.
  • Lead with a hands-on approach to drive accountability and improve enterprise standards.
  • Effectively communicate and manage escalations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited university or college.
  • Good experience in Aviation, Engineering, Finance, or Business Analytics positions.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated use of project management skills and metrics to achieve program goals.
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills and root cause analysis.
  • Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Business Acumen, Analytical capability, and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence customers and peers.
  • Demonstrated capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma/Process Improvement activities.
