Key Responsibilities:


Exhibits the necessary knowledge and skills to provide care tailored to the age and needs of the patients, adhering to Trinity Health standards.

Assesses and prioritizes elements of a comprehensive evaluation to continuously monitor patients' overall health status.


Employing the nursing process, effectively identifies actual and potential health issues and formulates and implements care plans for complex patients, specifically considering the age demographics relevant to the department/unit.

Ensures timely, accurate, and clear documentation in the medical records in compliance with hospital policies.

Executes nursing interventions and modifies care strategies based on patient condition changes, consultations with interdisciplinary teams, and family needs.

Fosters a safe and tranquil environment for patients with complex needs by ensuring the availability of essential supplies, equipment, and services.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Degree in nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license
- Basic Life Support certification within 3 months of employment
