Behavioral Specialist for Children with Autism

Proud Moments ABA, a national behavioral health organization, offers a unique opportunity as a Behavioral Specialist for children on the autism spectrum. This part-time role involves providing 1-1 specialized treatment in a center-based setting, working in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and their children. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will have the chance to positively impact the lives of children from birth to age 21, while also growing your career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
**What We Offer:**

- Competitive hourly rate: $16-$22 per hour

**Responsibilities:**
- Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans, reporting findings to supervisors
- Support BCBA's in training families on implementing treatment plans
- Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
- Perform physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, squatting, kneeling, and keeping pace with children during sessions
**Qualifications:**
- Access to reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with children with ASD preferred but not necessary
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
