RF Systems Engineer

KBR is seeking a skilled RF engineer to support a government customer in the design, performance, and acquisition of a major program. The engineer will provide expertise to the Government in the design, performance, and acquisition of a major program.
Key Responsibilities
The RF Engineer will be responsible for supervising contractor design, performance testing, analysis, and verification. Participate in design reviews and advise the Government on performance and design risks. Perform on a team that oversees all aspects of the design and build of the RF mission payload.
Requirements
o 8+ Years of relevant experience with a BS in Engineering, Scientific, or Technical discipline or 6+ Years of relevant experience with an MS in Engineering, Scientific, or Technical discipline or 5+ Years of relevant experience with a PhD in Engineering, Scientific, or Technical discipline.
o Experience with the system design trade process, assessing system design options, analyzing mission requirements, monitoring system development, test development/execution.
o Experience designing and evaluating RF HW design Experience with NRO mission programs and enterprise.
Preferred Qualifications
o 3+ years experience with NRO space and RF systems acquisition and/or sustainment.
o Understanding RF systems engineering, acquisition, and operations best practices.
o 3+ years experience with NRO space and RF systems acquisition and/or sustainment.
o 3+ years experience with RF HW design.
