About the Role
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive speech assessments, developing personalized therapy plans, and supervising junior clinicians. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. Your expertise and guidance will help shape the future of our clinical team and contribute to the development of our next-generation clinicians.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Conducting thorough speech assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  2. Developing tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  3. Mentoring and supervising junior clinicians to ensure they receive the support and guidance needed to thrive.
  4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement intervention plans.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • An active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Current state licensure as an SLP.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentorship, supervision, or leadership roles.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
