Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a caseload of K-12 students. As an Education Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and participating in IEPs, GEIT meetings, and 504 meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

You will craft and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the diverse needs of our students, while also tracking their progress and adapting your teaching methods to foster growth.

A supportive and inclusive classroom environment is essential, and as an Education Specialist, you will cultivate a space that champions social-emotional learning and promotes student success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (a Master's degree is an asset)
  • An active PA Special Education Teaching Certification
  • A clear drug screening and background check
Compensation and Benefits

This is a competitive hourly rate of $35-40, accompanied by a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will also receive weekly pay through W-2 classification and have access to retirement savings through a matching 401(k) plan.
