We are currently seeking a Station Lead and Fleet Coordinator to join our team at our Raleigh-Durham station. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in transportation operations and contribute to the success of our company.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating fleet maintenance schedules and ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Monitoring driver performance and providing coaching and feedback to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborating with the Station Manager to optimize station operations and maintain accurate records.
  • Assisting with recruitment, training, and performance management of drivers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
