We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator at Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics. This role is a crucial part of our mission to provide accessible oral healthcare and exceptional patient experiences.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to educate patients about oral health, and make treatment affordable through financing options. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering a 5-star patient experience by addressing patient needs, questions, or concerns respectfully and timely.
Key Responsibilities- Provide empathic education to patients about oral health and treatment options.
- Presentation of financing options in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Streamline patient visits by proactively preparing Smile Road Maps, pulling insurance, and necessary information.
- Initiate patient paperwork for treatment, including employment and insurance documentation.
- Assist patients with payment-related questions and process in-office payments.
- Minimum age of 18 required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Dental office experience highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience highly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including data entry.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work clinic hours, including Saturdays.
- A competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
