Position Summary

We are looking for a proficient Waste Transport Operator to manage the safe transportation of non-hazardous materials while ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be tasked with operating various types of vehicles, performing vehicle inspections, and complying with all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate a variety of trucks
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain effective communication with team members
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker endorsement
  • Ability to successfully pass a DOT drug screening
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and computer proficiency
Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Capability to work independently and lift weights up to 75 lbs
Work Environment
  • Exposure to outdoor elements and non-hazardous fumes
  • Comfortable working autonomously
