Overview of Job

As a dedicated truck driver with Schneider, you will be hauling home improvement supplies in dry van trailers. Your route will take you across the Midwest region, covering AR, CO, IA, KS, MO, NE, ND, SD, and WY. This is a Monday through Friday schedule, providing a good work-life balance.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this job is between $58,320 and $70,560 per year, based on average pay rates of $1,120-$1,360 weekly. In addition to a competitive salary, our drivers also receive:

  • Mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for experienced drivers or $1,000 for inexperienced drivers
  • Paid orientation and training
  • 401(k) savings plan with company match
  • Unlimited referral bonuses
  • $200/month tuition reimbursement (up to $7,000) for qualified drivers
Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this dedicated truck driver position, you must have:

  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
  • Live within 85 miles of Topeka, KS
