We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant Director to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and address the ongoing needs and services of residents to promote exceptional resident care.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to conduct resident evaluations and gather data to inform care decisions.
- Conduct monthly wellness visits for all residents and monitor their health status.
- Document all pertinent information in the resident wellness file and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of care policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
- Current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
