**Position Overview:**
This role involves overseeing the Syndication Servicing team, focusing on the management of commercial loans facilitated by CIBC Bank USA, as well as loans from other financial institutions, ensuring compliance with the bank's established policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the primary contact between the bank, clients, and participating banks for all transactions and reconciliation matters.
+ Enhance team performance through constructive and equitable feedback.
+ Conduct reconciliations of the PVTB system against bank notifications.
+ Analyze relevant reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
+ Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned within the department.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in loan servicing within a financial institution.
+ Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on the accuracy and integrity of information.
+ Excellent prioritization and analytical capabilities.
+ Proven ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service.
+ Familiarity with financial services operations, infrastructure, and payment processing.
+ Proficient in MS Office applications.
+ Experience with ACBS and Metavante is preferred.
+ Understanding of accounting principles and banking subsystem functionalities.
+ Capable of functioning effectively both as a leader and as an individual contributor.
