We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System, Inc.
About the Role:The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need. As a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve goals, using effective communication and collaboration.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards and promote a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting the professional care delivery model.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (Single State) and RN - Multi-state Compact.
- Basic Life Support certification.
