We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Job Summary:The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current State Nursing License.
- Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
