Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' functional abilities, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on how to perform daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their independence and quality of life.
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessments, interventions, and education.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in Virginia.
  • At least one year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home health setting.
