Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree).
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- 1 year of RN experience in a surgical setting (preferable).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
