About the Role

We are looking for an individual with knowledge of tomographic image reconstruction and expertise in approaches to system image quality assessment. As an Advanced Imaging Technology Specialist, you will work as an individual contributor on our mm-wave body scanner technologies, applying your skills to improve system designs of current and future mm-wave body scanner technologies and developing reconstruction algorithms that enhance our detection capability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of real-time image reconstruction algorithms for tomographic millimeter wave imaging systems.
  • Develop image quality assessment tools and approaches that drive next generation system designs and technologies.
  • Implement technical solutions to image formation aligned with state-of-the-art research in the millimeter wave community.
  • Support data collection and algorithm development teams in executing effective data collections on mm-wave equipment.
  • Analyze data, write technical reports, and support the IP filing process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required).
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
