About the Role
  • Support multi-million-dollar development deals through the acquisition and development of residential lots and land.
  • Source, analyze, and meet with contractors for bids on new development projects.
  • Prepare and submit contracts for execution.
  • Manage contractors through all stages of development to completion.
  • Perform final inspections with local jurisdictions for street, water/sewer acceptance and bond release.
  • Coordinate with utility companies to ensure utilities are scheduled and monitored through completion.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in land development, real estate development, or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license.
