Job Overview

Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services is seeking a skilled Production Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining aircraft work packages, ordering and establishing files for job cards, maintenance forms, and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of job cards, maintenance forms, and paperwork.
  • Log and process maintenance forms such as partial worksheets, weight change reports, component tags, and other customer supplied forms.
  • Perform final inventory of completed work pages with the Inspection Department to ensure all documentation is accounted for.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience in data entry or word processing.
  • Type 40 wpm.
  • Ability to effectively work with Microsoft Office products, email, and web-based applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with a variety of individuals, departments, and organizations.
  • Must be able to work any shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year's previous experience as a production clerk in a heavy maintenance environment.
