We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team at LaSalle Network. This position is based in our Salisbury, NC office and involves working with clients across various industries.
Job OverviewThis role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate responses to emergency situations. As a Dispatcher, you will serve as the central information hub for after-hours calls and emergencies, utilizing automated monitoring equipment to receive fire and intrusion alarm signals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Responses: Work closely with on-call personnel, fire departments, police, rescue services, and government agencies to ensure timely responses to emergency situations.
- Serve as Central Information Hub: Handle after-hours calls, emergencies, and sensitive issues with strict confidentiality.
- Monitor Alarm Signals: Utilize automated monitoring equipment to receive fire and intrusion alarm signals from company-owned buildings.
- Respond to Emergencies: Receive initial calls and coordinate responses to emergencies, prioritizing safety and security.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1+ Year of Experience: A similar field experience preferred, but not necessary.
- High School Diploma: A minimum educational requirement.
- Availability: Be available to work second shift hours, including Thursday-Saturday, 4 pm-8 pm.
