Experience:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supporting patients with personal care, nourishment, and mobility assistance
  • Conducting fundamental medical procedures such as monitoring vital signs and collecting samples
  • Ensuring a secure and organized environment for patients
  • Engaging in patient safety programs and quality improvement efforts
  • Facilitating effective communication with patients, their families, and the healthcare team

  • Guiding new personnel and exemplifying best practices
  • Readiness to undertake non-standard tasks and engage in community initiatives
  • Participating in unit meetings and contributing to team discussions
