Server Job Description

At Golden Corral, we are seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service.
• Practice positive public relations by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
• Aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable.
• Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
• Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.

Operational Excellence:

• Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
• Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
• Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures.
• Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.

Cleanliness:

• Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Follow local health department laws.
