Role Responsibilities

Culinary Preparation Specialists are tasked with receiving, assessing the quality of, washing, chopping, and preparing food items in accordance with Din Tai Fung's standards. They must be well-versed in the standard cutting sizes for all vegetables and ensure thorough washing of produce.

Dumpling Specialists are responsible for the preparation, assembly, sealing, and steaming of dumplings for customers. They operate from an open kitchen and must maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.

Qualifications
