Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Protocols
    • Adhere to jobsite safety protocols in accordance with federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws.
    • Ensure the safe transportation of equipment to and from jobsites.
    • Obtain CPI Certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Operations
    • Remove and install spray polyurethane foam insulation according to job specifications.
    • Set up and operate equipment efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
    • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Diagnose and resolve spray foam issues.
    • Understand how to break down and clean spray foam guns, as well as troubleshoot chemical issues.
  • Customer Service
    • Communicate professionally with customers.
    • Maintain a professional image and thoroughly clean jobsites upon completion.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Strive for continuous improvement in customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety.
    • Provide instruction and training to junior team members.
    • Communicate any issues to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of prior experience in spray polyurethane foam installation required.
  • Prior experience in both new construction and retrofit applications preferred.
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
  • Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
