Job Overview

DiningRD is a dynamic company seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our consulting team. This role involves providing expert nutrition services to skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health centers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct MDS assessments and complete Section K, CAA documentation
  • Identify residents at high risk for nutritional problems and document accordingly
  • Participate in the care planning process and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Provide oversight to the food service department, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality of food
Qualifications
  • Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
  • Licensed (if required by State)
  • At least 2 years of consulting or long-term care experience preferred
  • Demonstrate ability to meet core values: Customer Centric, Adaptive to Change, Passionate, Understanding of Others
