About the RoleThis is a rewarding career opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include administering occupational therapy evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress.
- Administer comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote independence and mobility.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic medical records to ensure accurate and efficient tracking.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, continuing education opportunities, and professional development and growth opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license or eligibility for state licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- CPR certification and knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation.
