Your primary responsibilities will include administering occupational therapy evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress.

• Administer comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote independence and mobility.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic medical records to ensure accurate and efficient tracking.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license or eligibility for state licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• CPR certification and knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation.
