Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital member of the regional Technical Support team.
  • Deliver expert technical assistance on hardware, media applications, and software, both remotely and on-site for flexographic clients.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting and support through phone and specialized tools as part of the escalation process.
  • Implement proactive services, including Preventive Maintenance and Plateroom Audits at client locations.
  • Oversee the installation and upgrades of Miraclon products.

  • Customer-oriented with a commitment to service excellence and problem resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.

Required Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of flexographic equipment, including imagers and processing machinery. Familiarity with Kodak equipment and laminators is preferred, along with an understanding of competitor systems and relationships with flexographic OEMs.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in flexographic printing service or general printing service.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality performance and results.
  • Experience in a hands-on, field-based role with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including basic Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and communication.

Flexible working hours are available between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work or travel as needed.
