Your Contributions in This Role

As an Industrial Systems Technician, you will leverage your expertise and work alongside innovative professionals globally. Your contributions will include:

  • Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, including AC/DC drives, motors, programmable logic controllers, and hydraulic systems
  • Executing upgrades and enhancements to automated systems
  • Establishing best practices that adhere to safety regulations in systems control
  • Assisting in the engineering, production, and maintenance of various manufacturing equipment; troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and the installation of new machinery
  • Creating a supportive environment that enhances customer satisfaction across departments

Qualifications for Success

To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess an associate degree or a two-year certificate in a maintenance-related discipline OR
  • Have a minimum of two years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required

Additional qualifications that may enhance your candidacy include:

  • Five years of technical experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with reliability analysis, predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance
  • A strong desire to learn and develop professionally

Work Environment: This position is based onsite in Detroit, MI.

Travel Requirements: No travel is expected for this role.

Relocation Support: May be available for qualified candidates.
