Job Summary:
Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Senior Underwriter to join their Corporate Synergies team in Philadelphia. The successful candidate will work independently, providing technical support and service to the Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather account and historical data for assigned clients
Review carrier renewals and interact with carriers
Create budget projections and premium equivalent rates for clients
Prepare ad hoc claims analysis as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of underwriting experience with a health and welfare carrier or broker
Strong relationships with clients and team members
Knowledge of carrier processes and plan designs
Excellent communication and organizational skills
