Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team at Culligan International Company. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in enabling our businesses across the West Coast through the exceptional deployment and operation of modern technology.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, and location.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Systems Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Infrastructure Enablement: Investigate and resolve business system impacts focused on infrastructure enablement.
  • Escalated Services Issues: Be responsible for resolving escalated services issues.
  • Innovative Solutions: Think outside of the box to implement innovative and effective solutions.
  • Technology Partnerships: Be a terrific partner across the various Culligan businesses to deliver business outcomes through the effective and efficient use of technology.
  • Documentation and Training: Responsible for documenting new and existing systems including system diagrams, and operational support documents, and assist in training other team members.
  • Project Deliverables: Work with team to ensure project deliverables are completed efficiently.
  • Automation: Automate repeatable tasks and processes.
  • Multi-Site Support: Provide day-to-day support for end users across multiple locations including break-fix and new user setup.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of relevant business experience as a system/cloud engineer in a corporate IT environment.
  • Travel Requirements: 20% travel mostly throughout southern CA and AZ.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Active Directory in a complex multi-domain environment, Azure AD & SSO, creating and managing GPOs, DNS, DHCP in a large preferably global environment, scripting and automating tasks and processes using Powershell, hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure (Azure VMs, virtual networks and VPN Gateways), and managing network infrastructure including switches, access points.
  • Certifications and Education: Strong Office 365 administration experience including Microsoft Intune for Endpoint Management, experience managing a fleet of mobile devices including deployment of apps and device configuration.

You must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong critical thinking skills, ability to work quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment, high accountability for work completion/documentation/timeliness, and a high degree of confidentiality when working with data and user information.
