About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education to patients and their families.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in the state of employment required.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.

Salary Range:$63,000-$83,000 per year
