About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Software Developer to join our team at Tanium. This is an exciting opportunity to work on integrating Large Language Model (LLM) technology into our reporting platform.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our services achieve top-tier performance, security, and scalability. As a Technical Software Developer, you will be responsible for integrating existing products with LLM technologies to enhance user experience.

You will also utilize vector embeddings to build intuitive data navigation and work with server-side technologies, persistent data stores, caches, and messaging systems. Additionally, you will create automated unit tests, API tests, and integration tests to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Eligible to obtain the FedRAMP security clearance.
  • 3-4 years industry experience with software development in Go, Node.js, Rust, or Java.
  • Experience with LLMs and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Helm Charts, and CloudFormation.

Benefits

Tanium offers a competitive annual base salary range of $120,000 to $200,000.
