Job Summary: As a Front Desk Agent at Hegg, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed all guest needs. You will create a positive environment and work closely with all hotel team members to ensure seamless administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Politely greet guests and resolve all guest inquiries and problems in a positive and productive manner both in person and via phone.
  • Administrative Tasks: Successfully follow all telephone, sales, and reservation processes and complete all administrative duties as assigned.
  • Team Collaboration: Work actively with the sales team and all other staff to provide excellent guest experiences.
  • Check-in/Check-out Process: Follow the check-in and check-out processes in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Review and update the communication log regularly to stay current with developments in the hotel.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the lobby and front desk are clean and fully supplied, including the ordering of supplies when necessary.
