About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technician to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in a short-term acute care hospital setting.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for catheterization procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as ordered, with accurate documentation.
  • Transport patients as needed, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Catheterization Laboratory Technician, with a strong background in cardiovascular invasive procedures.
  • Current certifications in ACLS, ARRT, BLS, and RCIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
