Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team at Dean Snyder Construction Co. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of construction activities, including concrete, steel, and carpentry work.

• Assist skilled construction workers in various trade areas, including concrete, steel, and carpentry.
• Perform craftwork in one particular area, such as carpentry, concrete, or structural steel.
• Operate hand and power tools, as well as equipment such as skid loaders, air compressors, and scissors lifts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and the general public.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of construction-related experience, with at least one year in a specialized trade area.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Heavy work, exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent changes in temperature, humidity, and noise levels.
