Key Responsibilities:

Support your Construction Builder in the following areas:
  • Promoting the principle of "Clean Site, Done Right, On Time"
  • Monitoring construction activities and ensuring the security of each property
  • Utilizing a Quality Control checklist to verify progress and assess the quality of work completed
  • Preparing job sites for subsequent trades
  • Maintaining cleanliness of homes, garages, lots, and communal areas by setting clear expectations with subcontractors
  • Conducting daily reviews of Trade Partner work
  • Gaining knowledge of the home building process and schedule
  • Shadowing the Builder during pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall meetings, orientation walks, and closing walks

  • Conducting inspections at all work phases
  • Approving or disapproving completed work
  • Participating in an on-call rotation
  • Completing necessary punch work to finalize homes
  • Performing quality inspections at all work phases as directed
