Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Signature Aviation. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of customized point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Preparation: Assemble and prepare customized computer components, including electro-mechanical assemblies and circuit boards.
  • Cable Assembly and Wiring: Wire various cable assemblies and ensure proper connections.
  • Testing and Calibration: Perform detailed testing and calibration of electrical components to ensure proper functionality.
  • Service and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair work on electro-mechanical assemblies and circuit boards, including new production builds and RMA returns.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Package and ship component assemblies and fully built POS terminal systems.
  • Inventory Management: Support effective inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials to ensure efficient workflow.
  • General Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain the organization of our stockroom, ensuring that parts and components are readily available for production and repair workflows.
Requirements
  • Electro-Mechanical Assembly Experience: Two+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly in a dynamic production environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
