Job Summary

CNH Industrial is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing team in Wautoma, WI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving Lean Manufacturing principles, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the effective use of resources to meet marketplace demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead a team of supervisors and production staff to achieve production goals and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and maintain production schedules, inventory, and equipment to ensure optimal production levels
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of production staff
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide input into the budgeting process and manage plant resources effectively
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Operations Management)
  • Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience, with 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
