Job Description

The IT Infrastructure Technician will be accountable for delivering hands-on expertise in Service Desk solutions and supporting the configuration, deployment of end-user computing and other IT solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing first- and second-tier technical support and assistance to all Orbus employees at multiple locations
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Configuring and supporting account accessibility, such as password resets, Microsoft Authenticator, and MFA configuration
  • Supporting hardware and software system problems related to m365 applications, end-user computers, and software, user account management, Windows Operating Systems, and basic network-related issues

We estimate this role's annual salary to be around $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
