We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our top-notch HR Team. This full-time, onsite role is based in Hatfield, PA.

The ideal candidate will support the HR department by ensuring timely completion of HR-related tasks, meticulous about accuracy within the HRIS system. The successful applicant will be passionate about employee experience and enthusiastic about supporting the HR team.

A Day in the Life:

  • Processes system changes for new hires, terminations, transfers, and other employment matters with attention to detail.
  • Supports recruitment, onboarding, and termination tasks, including composing employee letters.
  • Maintains physical and electronic employee files.
  • Liaises with employees on basic queries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship or valid Green Card required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
  • Prior HRIS experience advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
