Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and communities.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' speech and communication skills.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to patients in their homes, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Monitor and document patient progress towards treatment goals, ensuring accurate and complete records.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies, empowering them to engage in daily routines.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with patients in a home care setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to travel to patient homes throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
