Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at Northeast Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive sales, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill member requests and seek opportunities to cross-sell products and services
  • Provide outstanding service, problem resolution, and needs-based selling
  • Interview loan applicants, close loans, and promote ancillary products
  • Process deposits, payments, withdrawals, and other transactions with accuracy and courtesy
Requirements
  • Minimum six months customer service experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Ability to follow all regulations and compliance
  • High attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
