Job Summary

This benefit-eligible position requires at least one year of experience and offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Patient Access Scheduler II, you will:

  • Gather information from patients and enter it into relevant databases.
  • Schedule patient procedures efficiently, utilizing their time and clinical resources effectively.
  • Coordinate and communicate schedules with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with insurance pre-certification/authorization and provide counseling to patients regarding pre-service requirements.
  • Perform clerical and reception duties associated with patient registration.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in improvement plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, or 10 years of work experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a related field.
