Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Exercise Evaluator - Data Collection and Analysis Expert to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with subject matter experts and contribute to the development of evaluation plans and strategies. If you're a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with CDC subject matter experts identified as evaluators.
  • Providing technical support to the evaluation lead on finalizing the exercise evaluation plan and specific evaluation strategies.
  • Developing and refining evaluation criteria and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) development.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Extensive expertise in designing, developing, and implementing quantitative and qualitative data collection tools.
  • Proficiency in qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo, MAXQDA, or similar).
  • Proficiency in quantitative data management and analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, or STATA).

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
