Job Summary

Estimated Salary: $93,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience

The Floating Pharmacist will play a key role in delivering exceptional pharmacy services to our customers and supporting the success of our pharmacy teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Execute daily tasks and support the team to ensure the success of each pharmacy.
  2. Set priorities to maximize contribution and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring that complex operational activities are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to empower staff in providing value and service to customers, building personalized relationships, and promoting customer loyalty.
  4. Support the implementation of new pharmacy initiatives at assigned locations, promoting enthusiasm and engagement among team members.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports, including prescription promised time, to ensure effective management of team performance.
  6. Utilize best practices to inform sound business decisions, ensuring seamless delivery of pharmacy services during absences.
  7. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving excellence in pharmacy practice.
  8. Contribute to the advancement of pharmacy clinical initiatives, including MTM and immunizations, to improve patient outcomes and overall well-being.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
  • Unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
  • Able to interpret and understand instructions and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
